Aman Gupta ("we," "our," or "us") operates the PEG: Colour Memory Board Game mobile application (the "Game"). This Privacy Policy explains our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Game and the choices you have associated with that data.

By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information Collection and Use

We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Game experience to you.

A. Personal Data

While using our Game, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you ("Personal Data"). Personally identifiable information includes, but is not limited to:

Email address (when signing up or linking accounts)
Nickname and Avatar customization options selected inside the Game

B. Anonymous Guest & Auth Identifiers

If you play as a guest, the Game utilizes an anonymous identifier generated by Firebase Authentication to keep track of your local offline progression, coins balance, and achievements.

C. Game Progression and Database Information

We store game stats, levels, coins earned, board finishes, and achievements securely on Firebase Firestore database to synchronize your progress across devices (if logged in with a verified account).

2. Third-Party Services & APIs

The Game integrates with third-party developer services provided by Google/Firebase to manage accounts and sync data. These third-party services have their own Privacy Policies:

Note: The Game does not run advertising SDKs or handle real-money transactions.

3. Account & Data Deletion (User Control)

We respect your privacy and give you full control over your data.

You can permanently delete your account, game progress, stats, and stored database elements at any time.
To delete your data: Go to the Profile tab > Settings > Click DELETE ACCOUNT PERMANENTLY and confirm.
All stored Firestore records mapping to your User ID will be immediately and permanently removed.

4. Security of Data

The security of your data is important to us. We use secure connection protocols (wss:// and https://) and Firebase's standard secure authentication vaults. However, remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure.

5. Children's Privacy

Our Game does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us so we can delete the record.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top.
